Theis a key leadership role responsible for leading HR for our Canada Operationsteams. This role isEndto End HR Leadership for our Manufacturing Facility inMt. Royal manufacturing& Corporate Support Functions (Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Development, Logistics). This role will focus on developing and driving the HR strategy, managing talent, overseeing engagement,developingandmaintainingsite specific policies and practices, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.This role will also lead efforts aroundpeopledevelopment, talent pipeline, organizationdevelopmentand effectiveness, and change management.This role will lead a team of HR professionals and will act as a strategic business partner and member of the leadership team.
