Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
Maintain and analyze HR-related data such as training data and engagement metrics
Develop dashboards and reports for HR insights and decision‑making
Assist in staff movement endorsement for insurance coverage including Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident, Group Hospitalization, Outpatient, Dental & Optical
Handle employee enquiries related to insurance coverage and liaise with vendors
Support insurance invoicing by providing cost centre breakdown details to Finance and resolving invoice issues with vendors
Assist in AEON vouchers distribution and record keeping for occasions like weddings and retirements
