Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in automotive , retail, or service industries
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation MIBCO e xperience advantageous
• You'll need to be: Highly organised and detail-oriented Professional and discreet handling confidential information Comfortable managing HR across sales, service, parts & administration
