Job Summary: The HR Head/Manager leads the overall Human Resources Shared Services function as a strategic partner to management, driving people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring the effective implementation of policies, programs, and systems across talent acquisitions, HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce analytics. Combining strategic leadership with hands‑on management, the position fosters a compliant, engaged, and high‑performing workforce while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulator requirements.
