Description
We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This position plays a key role in employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
+ Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
+ Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
