Position Summary IQ Fiber is seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment and team member experience to own the moments that bring in top talent and shape the experience at IQ Fiber.

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this role leads recruitment support and targeted talent initiatives that attract qualified candidates - particularly for hard-to-fill roles and new market locations - while ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one and engagement remains strong across the company.
