Why we need this role

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of HR operational activities, with a primary focus on occupational health & safety administration and employee benefits management. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports a safe and healthy workplace, and maintains accurate HR data and processes. The position also includes coordination with the global headquarters (UK) and handling employee inquiries.

HR Generalistとして、安全衛生管理および福利厚生管理を中心に、人事オペレーション業務全般を担当します。法令遵守を前提とした安全衛生体制の運用、人事データ管理、社員対応を通じて、社員が安心して働ける職場環境の維持・向上に貢献します。加えて、グローバル本社（UK）へのレポーティングを含む、国際連携業務にも携わります。
