Position Overview
Description
Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and coordinating interviews
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Support benefits administration and payroll processes
Address employee inquiries and manage employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Assist with performance management and employee development programs
Help implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
Requirements
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
+ Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office
+ High level of confidentiality and professionalism
