Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a HR Generalist III for their Whitakers, NC location. Responsibilities:

+ Handle all employee relations activities

+ Counsel and coach managers

+ Be the subject matter expert for HR policies

+ Own and update HR processes

+ Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system

Requirements:

+ Ability to work independently

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Experience with influencing and coaching

+ Ability to work with various personalities

+ Experience working with confidential information

+ Solid foundational HR expertise

+ Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required
