Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Insulated Panel Group is seeking a dynamic candidate for the Human Resources Generalist position located in Sheridan, AR. The HR role will be responsible for managing all human resources-related functions for the Sheridan manufacturing location. A fast-paced, self-starter with a positive attitude is paramount to success. This role is a true generalist role as the responsibilities range from benefit administration to termination processing. This role will allow you to help develop talent, work closely with our leadership team, and be a part of Nucors ongoing success. The major duties of this role include:

+ Location administrator for EAP, HRIS, timekeeping, and leave administration systems.
