Overview

Provide support to human resources management processes based on the company's policies, procedures, and values to ensure employee integration and satisfaction.

Education

Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related field. Knowledge: Basic Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Labor Relations. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience: 2 years in the Human Resources area. Required language: Basic/Intermediate English. Availability to travel: Yes, only if support is needed at another site (10%).
