Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth assimilation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking.
• Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees onsite and in production facilities.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote healthy workplace relations.
• Implement engagement initiatives aligned with SIPI’s values and goals.
• Support execution of performance appraisal processes.
• Assist managers in setting performance goals and monitoring development plans.
• Track performance documentation and ensure timely evaluations.
