We are working with a well-regarded independent school in Gloucestershire who are looking to appoint an HR Generalist to join their team.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across all areas of HR, supporting both teaching and support staff. It would suit someone looking to develop their HR career within a friendly and values-driven education environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
• Supporting employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes
