Job Title: HR Executive

Role Overview:

The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and assist in the smooth execution of daily HR functions. This includes recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, record-keeping, compliance support, payroll data collection, and handling employee queries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable interacting with both office and factory staff.
