A HR Executive will supports day-to-day operations & ensuring employees well-being. It plays a crucial role for all Organisation and employee balance in work task. HR Executive requires to make decision and uphold Company HR Policy. Ability to handle Staff dispute independently.
Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible to run QUICK HR software system smoothly for the Organisation.
- Main duties to run payroll in QUICKHR Payroll System orderly and properly to finance for upload to bank.
- Application of WP, SP, EP & all work pass (EPOL), maintenance of Company EPOL.
- Manage Company MOM Portal, MOM Survey and Submit Yearly OED timely.
- Preparation staff renewal, termination one month ahead expiry.
- Well manage of Staff WP, SP or EP dates of renewal or expiry.
- Submit IR21 for resign or termination staff.
- Perform QUICK HR software Management maintenance -TMS, LEAVE, PAYROLL.
