Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with strong exposure to end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, attendance, employee relations and PRO coordination. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of proven HR experience in the UAE retail industry and a solid understanding of local labour laws and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for retail and head office roles.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct HR inductions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
HR Operations & Employee Relations - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
