Responsibilities:
C&B Analysis
● Provide compensation and benefits detailed analysis across all compensation/benefits
programs.
● Support the design, change management, and communication of compensation programs
and practices based on the guidance received from the C&B head.
● Develop proactive, data‐driven recommendations related to retention, recognition,
promotions, transfers, job matching, and job levelling.
● Support the C&B leader with compensation projects with a high degree of initiative.
● Partner cross‐functionally across HR and business teams to support compensation
initiatives.
● Benefits and Wellbeing Management: Provide support on benefits, wellbeing, and insurance
programs across the region, including cross‐market alignment, vendor coordination, and
cost‐experience trade‐off analysis. Support reviews of plan design and coverage to enable
