Our client is seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support key human resources functions and help deliver a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities across onboarding, HR systems, recruiting support and employee administration


Responsibilities

+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

+ Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

+ Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation

+ Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications


Requirements

+ 2–4 years of HR or administrative support experience

+ HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency

+ High level of discretion and organization
