**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate selection processes for hourly and salaried positions, including job postings, outreach to Workforce Development and staffing agencies, applicant sourcing and screening, pre-employment assessments, reference checks, and maintenance of recruiting files. Manage orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
