Description We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This position supports a wide range of human resources activities, including employee onboarding, compliance tracking, benefits coordination, reporting, and internal communications. The role is well suited for someone who can manage confidential information carefully, respond to employee questions with professionalism, and keep multiple HR processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee employment eligibility documentation by reviewing Form I-9 records, addressing missing information, and helping maintain compliance with federal requirements.
• Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS, process status changes, and support data integrity through routine audits and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute HR communications, including onboarding materials, policy notices, benefits updates, and company-wide announcements using mail merge and related tools.
