AURA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in a wide range of functions including tracking systems, recruitment process support, training coordination, HRIS, onboarding, compliance, and special projects. This role will play a key part in providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with various HR‑related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate some tasks for the recruitment process in partnership with Recruiter/Generalist/HR Manager
- Maintain and update HRIS and generate regular reports
- Support onboarding processes, employee communications, and training coordination
- Provide policy interpretation and respond to general HR inquiries
