Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HRIS updates. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent internal service.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
+ Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation
+ Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Requirements
+ 2–4 years of HR or administrative support experience
+ HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
+ High level of discretion and organization
