Location: Brighton (Hollingdean Depot, BN1 7GA)
Contract: 3 Months Initially
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional with strong employee relations experience to provide expert advice and support to managers across a complex operational environment.

The Role

As HR Consultant, you will provide pragmatic and solution-focused HR advice across a broad range of employee relations matters, supporting managers to effectively manage people issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies and best practice.
