We’re looking for a proactive “Operations & Compliance Associate (GCC)” to oversee all administrative and regulatory tasks across Paramount’s international offices. This role ensures timely renewal of trade licenses and office leases, compliance with nationalization targets, and smooth execution of all admin procedures in line with local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, office rentals, and other legal documents.
• Oversee compliance with nationalization policies in each country (e.g., Saudization, Emiratization).
• Manage government relations and act as PRO across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain and track a centralized calendar of all admin and compliance deadlines.
• Ensure all offices comply with local labor, immigration, and business regulations.
• Stay current with legal and regulatory changes across regions.
