Position Overview
Responsibilities - Fullspectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation,dormitories and other HR related matters)
- Recruitment of foreign workers and liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Involve in yearly appraisal exercise andthis includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.
- Handle MOM Work Pass related mattersincluding Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and updateof foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.
- Handle foreign workers externaltrainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Provide support on initiatives and in any project,implementation assigned by Head of Department.
