Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Fullspectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation,dormitories and other HR related matters)
  • Recruitment of foreign workers and liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Involve in yearly appraisal exercise andthis includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.
  • Handle MOM Work Pass related mattersincluding Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and updateof foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.
  • Handle foreign workers externaltrainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Provide support on initiatives and in any project,implementation assigned by Head of Department.
