To partner with business units to provide Human Resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance regarding people’s topics. Key areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, people/organizational development, people engagement and legal compliance in support of the company’s business objectives and development.
What You'll do
Talent acquisition:Identify, implement hiring strategies and manage all the recruitment activities.Learning & Development:Identify and manage training program to support business strategy and improvement of employee competencies.
