Job Purpose

Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to make a tangible impact? As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi-country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity. You will be part of a dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director EMEA, and will partner closely with senior business leaders including Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, Central Operations HR team, Plant General Managers, and HR Managers.
