Business Partnering and employee relations management to a number of franchised dealerships within the Western Cape. The role develops and directs implementation of plans, policies, and processes affecting employee relations within the assigned dealerships. The incumbent is accountable for advice and recommendations, as well as for the coordination and support of employee lifecycle and business effectiveness. Providing day to day guidance as well as operational and strategic talent support to management and employees of the dealerships allocated to your support services.
