About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to support our Product & Technology function in Chiswick, West London. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into impactful people solutions that drive performance and growth.
You will be working closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into an effective people strategy, and combine strategic advisory and hands-on delivery across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, vendor and contract management, employee relations, and organisational development. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner to collaborate with regional leaders in a global environment, and deliver consistent, high impact programmes, that enhance employee experience, develop leadership capability and drive business performance.
