I am recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join my client on an initial 3-month contract during a period of organisational change.This is a hands-on HRBP role, providing day-to-day support across the business while leading and supporting a team of HR Advisors. You'll act as a trusted partner to managers, offering guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters and stepping into change projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Line management and support of the HR Advisor team

Providing pragmatic HR Advice and guidance across the business

Supporting organisational change activity when required

Managing and advising onplex ER cases

Handling an increased volume of grievances, appeals, disciplinaries and hearings

Partner with stakeholders across the organisation
