Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee lifecycle processes post-onboarding: 30/60/90-day connects, transfers, promotions, and exits. Coordinate payroll-related activities such as time sheet compliance and leave adjustments with the payroll/finance team. Support employee benefits administration (enrollments, claims, vendor coordination). Update employee records in HRIS (PeopleSoft/Workday): salary changes, role updates, bonuses, personal details. 2. Employee Support & Grievance Handling
Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, policies, and benefits. Assist in Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and maintain related documentation.
