Netflix is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing Ads & Marketing teams. The role is essential in executing talent strategies that align with our business goals and reflect our unique culture. The HRBP will work closely with leaders and teams to implement initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and inclusion, ensuring we continue to innovate and partner with our growing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day HR Partnership: Provide hands‑on HR support to leaders and employees on all talent matters, focusing on execution and operational excellence.
• Develop strategic/effective leaders who build strong, talented teams and who aid in fostering a healthy organization.
• Engage proactively with employees to understand the needs of our diverse workforce.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and Global Business Practices (GBP) to ensure a cohesive employee experience.
