HR Associate Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct onboarding/orientation and offboarding for employees
- Manage foreign work pass administration
- Maintain training records and operator certifications
- Handle eLeave administration in Workday and reporting
- Update and maintain employee records and P-files
- Support HR welfare and employee engagement activities
- Manage probation confirmation tracking
- Provide daily HR operational support for blue-collar workers
Requirements - Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Experience in HR operations preferred
- Familiar with Workday is an advantage
