Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Provide high quality HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, expat management (for international assignments)Maintain and update with high accuracy employee records in SAP and other employee data record platformsSupport implementation of various processes, programs, upgrades and improvement activities which are HR relatedEnsure accuracy in process documentation, including updating and creating Work Instructions that adherences to the current processProvide basic service and support on minor issues relating to defined HR processes as assigned by Senior HR Specialist, Team Leader and/or ManagerOptimise the use of current HR systemsSupport technology implementations, upgrades and process improvement activities that relate to HREnsure output is in line with the SMEC/SJ templates, ensuring adherence to SMEC’s/SJ’sBusiness Management System (BMS) guidelines and standards...
