Position Overview

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Communicates information to employees about employee benefit programs both government mandated and company initiated benefits.
  • Assists employees in the enrollment of benefits programs, such as health insurance, life insurance, PAGCOR GEL, and other perks.
  • Serves as a liaison officer in all government offices such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and BIR.
  • Provides assistance to our Team Members in all HR-Related tasks and inquiries.
  • Performs other HR duties or special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or the Head of the department.
  • Ensures that the company is adhering to all HR-related laws and regulations, and helping employees understand their rights and responsibilities.
