MAIN FUNCTIONSAssists the Human Resources Manager or Personnel Supervisor in different activities related to Personnel Management in an Organization.Creates files for new personnel and Updates the Employee File Control System in the Employee Data Base to insure the Integrity of the Information as well as a follows up on its Development and Effectiveness to meet the Legal Requirements and the Applicable International Certifications (ISO- QS-SA-****, etc.).
Supports the Recruiting Process to fill the Vacancies for Direct Positions.Can Help in the Induction of New Employees to provide an understanding of their Rights and Obligations.Helps to prepare Legal forms for IMSS, and STPS.Produces the Department's Statistical reports such as: (Absenteeism, Turnover, Exit Interviews, etc.).
