Position Overview

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters. Maintain and track employee attendance, leaves, and holiday schedules across all sites using appropriate tools/systems. Provide data on attendance, new joinees, resignations/terminations to Payroll Service Provider on a timely and accurate basis for payroll processing Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. Handle employee grievances in a sensitive and professional manner and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation as per legal standards. Support in employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
