HR Advisor

We are looking for an HR Advisor to support HR processes and employee inquiries, ensuring high service quality and data integrity across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on HR queries and issues, acting as first point of contact by phone or case management.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles to improve the internal knowledge base.
• Handle standard and non-standard HR policy requests, onboarding and offboarding support.
• Process transactions in HR systems (Workday, Service-Now, SNOW) to maintain accurate employee data for current and former employees.
• Deliver specialized administrative support to HR leaders, managers and vendors.
• Produce reporting and audit data; monitor KPI and SLA metrics with Service Model leadership.
• Coordinate interactions with external vendors and Centers of Expertise (COE).
