Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting a manufacturing client in Alcester with a vacancy within their HR Department and are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor. HR Advisor
Onsite with possibility of hybrid 1 day per week
39 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays at 1230.
Salary £42,000 per year

HR Advisor - Role Responsibilities:

Ensure legal compliance is maintained and promote equality and fairness in the application of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to Line Managers on dispute resolution, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.
