- Complete HR related tickets in ServiceNow according to work instructions and SLA.
- Process and verify employee data in HR systems.
- Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and documents according to established processes.
- Respond to second-line inquiries via the ticketing system and occasionally by phone.
- Archive documents in compliance with regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Support testing of new systems or system changes.
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding of new colleagues.
