Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
This is a
comprehensive management role
based in Singapore, covering HR, office administration, and international business facilitation.
HR & Office Management Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with
MOM regulations
. Oversee work pass applications (EP, SP, WP) and support expatriate employees. Office administration: vendors, contracts, office supplies, and facilities management. The new office phase requires assistance with layout adjustments, equipment installation, procurement coordination, and relocation-related matters. Drive long-term HR coordination and integration efforts to support the company's overseas business expansion and cross-regional collaboration.
