Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-cycle hiring and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Employee Welfare & Mobilization: Handling relocation visas, welfare programs and workplace culture.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Workforce planning, succession planning, Emiratization and performance appraisals.
  • Training & Development: Identifying and delivering employee training programs.
  • HR Policies: Managing and updating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
