Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to HR and Administrative department.
Performing office clerical and administrative tasks, such as filling, answering phones, assisting in catering for the company events.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Updating HR databases in a timely manner (e.g. leave, company car/HP).
Managing the cleaners and security guard.
Assist in food catering for company events / training.
Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required. Requirements
Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent.
Required languages (written and spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
1-2 years’ experience in related field or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Open for SPM level with 2 - 3 years of experience in clerical or office administration...
