Your role:
Lead the overall HPM service business strategy creation and operational executionResponsible for the HPM service financial performance, in charge of HPM service P&LResponsible for the go-to-market strategies, service portfolio in creation of integral value propositions driving profitable growthManaging Maintenance Services delivery performance, compliance and quality towards customersDriving optimal Customer Experience (NPS), against contractually agreed customer service levelsEnsuring compliance with all Services delivery processes in line with Q&R policiesDrive performance culture by LEAN empowerment of service teamRecruit and develop HPM service team with med-tech backgrounds, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and people development plan
