HPC Support and Supply Chain (Logistics Specialist)

Job Overview

Designed as an onsite role, you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office handling technical support and supply chain functions for HPC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Control inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment, including shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing.
• Operate pallet jacks and collect daily statistics for routine maintenance.
• Gather data and execute transactions in IT systems to support inventory control and team support.
• Learn and apply various supply‑chain tools and processes such as Konnect, SFDC, SharePoint, and SmartStore.
• Handle call‑handling applications, order materials, and manage material lifecycle.
• Install, update, configure, and test systems, firmware, and drivers for HPC hardware.
