The Opportunity

My client in Bradford is seeking multiple Housing Support Workers on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide support and guidance to residents, ensuring that the property they reside in is safe and that the support enables the resident to move through our services into independent accommodation.

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure residents are familiar with their new property and appropriate information is provided
• Explain the license agreement with particular reference to house rules and consequences of non-compliance
• Complete an online housing benefit application on behalf of the resident and ensure the resident has signed the license agreement
• Update internal software with each tenants housing benefit reference and upload tenant’s license agreement and ID documents
