Position Overview
The role of Housing Support Assistant will include:
Providing onsite management and supervision of the supported housing service ensuring the delivery of an effective, enhanced, housing management service Assisting with tenancy and voids management and maintaining occupancy levelsSupporting and promoting compliance with safeguarding policies and proceduresBuilding and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external key stakeholdersManaging the procurement and availability of supplies, furniture, and equipmentRecording and updating relevant data, maintaining effective filing systemsContributing to special projects and change programmes as appropriate Skills and experiences:
