Role: Housing Development Project Leader
Salary: Grade K (£46,142 to £49,282 per year pay award pending)
Location: The Council House
Hours: 37 (reduced hours considered)
Closing Date: 07/07/2026
Contract Type: permanent

You will lead and manage all aspects of affordable housing delivery projects ensuring they are on budget and programme for those in housing need in Derby. Projects are of various sizes and budgets and will range from acquisitions or conversions to new build.
You will normally be working on a number of different projects at any one time with smaller projects possibly being from conception to completion and larger projects split between pre and post contract stages.
