Seeking a Housing Coordinator to join our team!






ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community.



As a member of the ACCS team, t he Housing Coordinator will work as a member of Persons ’ Team having primary responsibility for supporting Persons in attain ing and keep ing stable , secure housing.



The Housing Coordinator will:


+ provide education for staff and p erson s using ACCS services about tenancy issues, housing rights, and resources

+ assist p ersons served with applying for and attaining subsidies
