What you will be doing:

·Promote excellent guest and associate rapport by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously to all requests.

·Use the HotSOS app via iPod to receive and track assignments.

·Clean and maintain all assigned areas following established standards of cleanliness.

·Acknowledge and complete tasks from the daily assignment sheet provided by the Desk Attendant.
